Our Mission

Midwest Monsters Baseball Club’s goal is to develop the player to be the best player they can be and to play at the highest level possible. Our most important goal is to help our players reach their full potential, both on and off the field.

We set the standard high and we keep it high. When you watch a Midwest Monsters team, there is no mistaking us. When you meet a Midwest Monsters Baseball player, you’ll know it.

On the field we teach confidence, respect, professionalism, strategy, preparation, energy, and being a great teammate. Off the field we emphasize academics, leadership, communication skills, accountability, honesty and work ethic.

We hope to establish a place where a player's drive for success on the field can continue long after they walk off the diamond.
